Initial assessment of physical and functional needs completed by Registered nurse. Plan of care developed based upon assessment findings, in accordance with client needs. Services provided according to the prescribed plan of care and client/family needs.

Personal Care Assistant

From basic assistance and custodial care to personal care services. Dependable Reliable Service is able to provide many choices in response to the diversified needs of our clients. Our personal care assistants provide a wide variety of services under the supervision of a registered nurse.

Services are paid for by the patients or their families. Medicare does not pay for private duty service, nor are they covered by most private insurance. However. if your insurance provides a benefit for private duty, we will gladly provide the necessary documentation for you to receive reimbursement from your insurance company.
